Description
*Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
*Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.
*Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
*Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
*Delivery completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.
*Must be willing to lift 50 lbs. Standing throughout potentially whole shift. Bending, stooping, twisting.
Additional notes:
Researching, managing shortages, mitigating shortages, helping with transfers and coordinating with the floor. Similar role but more so in the warehouse perspective. Goal would be to ensure they could level load orders to better manage labor planning. They won’t do the labor planning but will coordinate with warehouse teams directly, helping with Kanban processes and directly taking things to the floor, utilizing Jira system to pre-emptively backfill kits to ensure they always have something in the pipeline.
This role will be around 50% computer/spreadsheet based and 50% physical aspect (not warehouse but the role is within a warehouse setting). There will be some ambiguity involved.
They will be carrying full kits, inspecting full kits of products that will be going to the floor for specific work orders. Quickly identifying what an assembly is based on labels/etc. Not heavily physical but about 50/50 on the planning side – there will be a ton of computer work but will also be transferring kits to physically take out to the floor for Kanban practices

Being able to work in an ambiguous environment as they are expecting a lot of change and a lot of change quickly, especially in the earlier stages. They could be working on a process and in 3 days completely pivot and change to something new so someone who is adaptable to change
Degree is flexible – if they have relevant exp that would work but education is always a preference to be elevated downstream
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
