Supply Chain Planner
**C.H. Robinson is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst** to design solutions and develop capabilities that support the strategic vision of both C.H. Robinson and our customers. In this role, you will focus on continuous improvement and optimization of supply chains, including areas such as sourcing, transportation, network layout, inventory, facility layout, order management, warehouse operations, material flow, and more. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze data, identify opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and implement strategic initiatives. Robinson. **Responsibilities** • Analyze historical and forecasted data to generate summaries, baselines, and cost improvement opportunities. • Develop simple solutions and recommendations for customer challenges or opportunities. • Assist in the implementation of solutions, including documenting customer procedures, conducting training sessions, and resolving operational issues. • Manage projects by defining scope, developing project plans, tracking activities, reporting progress, and measuring results. • Collaborate and align with customers or internal stakeholders to gather information, understand the voice of the customer, and define project scope, opportunities, deliverables, and milestones. • Create and deliver project updates and summaries to internal and external audiences. • Support the continuous improvement of department strategies for team skill and capability development. • Actively seek and incorporate coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop personal and technical skills. • Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team or country-specific requirements. **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization tools such as graphs, charts, formulas, and functions. • Ability to travel at least 10% (domestically and internationally). • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with data visualization and analytical tools. • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in supply chain data. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational and task management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities. • Awareness of end-to-end supply chain functions and relationships. • Familiarity with lean processes and tools. • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment. **Disclaimer** This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work performed by employees in this position.
