TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Run the Supply planning into the APO (global planning system) for finish goods and promo packs assuring the correct Service Level to achieve the sales target. Perform the tolling planning for packs/re-labels/re-works or any activity that request a tolling process. Follow up and control all the changes in the product that affects the Supply continuity. Weekly review of alert monitors to react on time against any change that affects the Supply Continuity and assuring to have PO updated to provide a clean and real supply overview. Look for the optimal inventory level, according with the local policies and business requirements to contribute with reduction of work capital. Contribute with launches by giving follow up to first deliveries on time and participating as a Launching Team Member. Follow up with the business team the recommend actions to reduce scrapping risk. Provide the comments in the PLS dashboardabout the mitigation actions.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Professional degree in Administration, Logistics or Engineer. From 3 to 5 years of experience in planning and inventory management. Advanced English.Advanced Office tools and SAP functionalities. Negotiations, prioritize and communication skills.
