At the Austin Business Center, we provide affordable and highly accurate precision-guided munitions, helmet-mounted and head-up displays for fighter aircrafts, and advanced electro-optical/laser technology that detect and defeat threats to air and ground platforms. As a Planner I, this position requires that the individual possess general understanding of the procurement and planning processes and is capable of learning to troubleshoot process failures to ensure program success. Will implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze performance data, and support cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, other). Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. General understanding of procurement, planning, and project management processes. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Capable of building relationships and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor's degree APICS Certification **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
