Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and generating reports and performance analyses of KPIs, including out-of-stock, days of supply, aging inventories, and other analyses to facilitate cost and service improvements. This role involves developing short-term supply plans and assisting with long-term plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency, and capacity constraints. Additionally, the candidate will optimize the flow of products through the supply chain and establish and maintain supportive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team partners to ensure effective communication of strategic and tactical issues.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and generate reports and performance analyses of KPIs, including out-of-stock, days of supply, aging inventories, and other analyses to facilitate cost and service improvements.Develop short-term supply plans and assist with long-term plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency, and capacity constraints.Optimize the flow of products through the supply chain.Establish and maintain supportive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team partners to ensure effective communication of strategic and tactical issues.Serve as a liaison between demand forecast and supply chain partners.Manage inventories for cost-effective use of inventory investment while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service level targets.Participate as a functional planning representative on cross-functional project teams, supporting timely project completion and communicating action items and updates to the larger team.Use planning system tools to effectively and efficiently create tactical inventory and supply solutions.Essential SkillsProficiency with Oracle ERPExpertise in Excel pivot tablesStrong data management skillsMaterial and inventory planningData analysisForecastingKnowledge of TableauLogistics experiencePower BI proficiencyExpertise in supply chain managementExperience with procurement and purchasingProficiency in Microsoft OfficeInventory management experienceExperience with shipping noticesAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft SuiteExperience with OracleProficiency in Power BIKnowledge of TableauExperience with other planning systemsWork Environment

This role involves working on key projects, including transportation, track and trace, and ad hoc functional planning. The work environment is dynamic and requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00
