Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst who is experienced in supply chain management and is a motivated self-starter to support the Long-Range Air Defense & Detection Systems Operating Unit.   Position will work on International programs.

Major Responsibilities:
• Achieve EAC (estimate at complete) and ETC (estimate to complete) goals within programs of responsibility.
• Achieve material sales goals (Inventory Receipts)
• Support on-time delivery performance of suppliers within programs of responsibility.
• Ensure high quality products from suppliers within programs of responsibility.
• Develop and execute strategic commodity plans and procurement process improvements to ensure future / long term program success.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years combined work experience in Subcontracts, Purchasing, Contracts, Finance, Logistics, Planning, or Project Management or a Master’s Degree. Experience working in Global Supply Chain.Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP/MRP system and experience with analyzing and manipulating large data setsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks and develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience in Supply Chain, Business or Operations, or Financial PlanningThe ideal candidate brings 3+ years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of supply chain management and program management.Thorough knowledge of purchasing and planning, material procurement, MRP/ERP planning and transactions, BOM structures, and material estimating and Basis of Estimate creation.Prefer someone with excellent time management skills and the ability to set the appropriate priorities to the many tasks that they will be required to perform.

•     Ability to adapt dynamically to evolving priorities and job requirements.

•     Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
