They will also provide oversight for the systems required to improve and sustain process effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, they will be functional leaders in the areas such as ERP/MES requirements, supply chain analytics and reporting, and data management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead projects through cross functional teams including plant, division, and corporate resources covering supply chain, IT (including 3rd party vendors), Forecasting/PLM/Sales, Finance, delivering in-scope capabilities that enhance the overall functionality of the Solar Division. + Represent Solar supply chain to enable successful and production relationships with Division and Corp. IT groups, including outside vendors for IBP, MES, and ERP to ensure timely bug fixes and required upgrades including testing and communications. + Maintain a division enhancement process. Perform a prioritization process utilizing criteria to ensure the highest business value requests are met within budgetary and timeline constraints. + Provide data management support in the areas of planning, procurement, inventory, orders, forecasts, and manufacturing controlled assumptions with focus on delivering continual improvements in reporting capabilities for demand, forecast, production, planning, inventory. + Support management requests in the areas of inventory management, metrics reporting, organizational development, and other required activities. **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. + 5+ yrs experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Manufacturing roles. + Global supply chain experience **Required Skills:** + Excellent understanding and capability to work with Planning systems (SAP/S4, MES) + Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and methodology + Analytical capabilities and approach to problem solving. + Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously. + To effectively communicate across multiple functions in the demand-supply planning and execution space (Global Supply Chain Management (GSM), Manufacturing, IT, Forecasting, PLM, etc.) **Desired Skills:** + Successful track record in fast-paced work environment (taking initiative, working independently, and handling multiple priorities) **Travel Requirements:** + ~10% outside Corning Valley **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $88,381.00 - $121,524.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
