Supply Chain Program Lead

Strategy Planning and Data Insight:

Implement strategic supply chain plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives, such as cost saving projects (localization cost saving, LCR), capacity planning and support regional DC project. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for supply chain process optimization and efficiency improvements.


Point of Contact for Global Supply Chain Projects in China:

Facilitate communication and collaboration between local and global teams to ensure seamless global supply chain projects execution. Identify and address challenges specific to the Chinese manufacturing environment and provide solutions that align with global standards.


Supply Chain Support for NPI and localization projects:

Supply chain support for NPI and localization projects such as system readiness,

direct/Indirect material readiness, capacity and other resources planning. Ensure seamless plan for sending site ramp down and China ramp up.


Process Owner for Related Processes:
Own and oversee supply chain processes related to manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations and drive accountability. Lead efforts to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency across manufacturing sites.


Continuous Improvement for Supply Chain:
Champion continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain. Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reduce waste. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain and manufacturing teams.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalentLean management experience as a plusCritical Experiences:8+ years of Supply Chain management experience5+ years’ experience in Healthcare/Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry2+ years of Operational Excellence related experienceProven track record of implementing continuous improvement programs with quantifiable business resultsExperience working in and influencing decisions in matrix organizationsJob Required Competencies:Excellent collaborator with cross-functional customers and network partnersProven business acumen and strategic agility with the ability to “connect the dots”Fosters a culture of continuous improvementExpert facilitation skills and change agent abilitiesExpertise in standard analysis and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to organize and visualize data in a compelling mannerExcellent communication skills across a range of boundaries (regional and functional) and in a variety of settings (1-on-1, small groups, presentations)Proven track record of leadership, time-management, project management, and teamwork
