We are looking for a Project Manager, Supply Chain to lead and execute supply chain projects across our global operations. Reporting to the Director of Commodities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance our supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate all aspects of supply chain projects, including scope, resource planning, risk mitigation, and reporting.Lead cross-functional teams across Hayward’s global operations, engineering, and supply chain functions.Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring adherence to Hayward’s standards for product testing, validation, and certification.Develop and refine project management tools, templates, and best practices.Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Qualifications

What You Bring

4-7 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably in supply chain or product development.Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and best practices.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex information clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.Familiarity with the product development lifecycle in a global environment.Willingness to travel 15-25% (domestic and international) as needed.
