Supply Chain Quality Process Coach
As a Supply Chain Quality Process Coach, you’ll promote learning and skill growth in a distribution center. You’ll ensure our training engagement model is used during new employee onboarding, existing employee training and for any retraining needs. You’ll verify the knowledge and abilities of employees in charge of leading trainings. In addition, you’ll partner with leaders and provide support in the areas of problem solving, removing obstacles, gathering insights and providing training direction.

What you’ll doCreate training plans based on specific training needsConsult with leadership to identify training gaps or overall safety within the distribution center and provide recommendations to improve building performanceEnsure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training eventsEnsure regulatory compliance with the completion of training within the locationTrack and measures the effectiveness of functional training events using data and observational skillsHelp provide translated training components to account for different employee language needsBasic qualificationsPrevious training facilitation experienceWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to facilitate to large audiencesAble to stand and sit for long periods of timeAble to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodationPreferred qualifications6 months of leadership and distribution experiencePrevious experience with Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with training models such as TWI (Training Within an Industry)What’s in it for you
