**The opportunity**
Supply Chain Representative (SCR) is responsible in order process, the registration review and confirmation of orders. SCR needs to have full overview of its orders and secure all needed documents (both from Customers and manufacturing sites) in order to secure the supply. SCR supports the customer in relation to all open replenishment orders. SCR needs to be able to work independently and proactively, be accurate and organized. SCR is in communication with various departments within Medis / Teva including production sites. SCR has to have good understanding of rules and regulation within the pharmaceutical business. Excellent skills in written and spoken English are necessary.
**How you’ll spend your day**
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Overall management of orders & related documents
• Registration of Supply orders into SAP (Medis IT system) within given timeline (max 3 days).
• Be proactive and alert to potential issues or constrains in the life cycle of an order
• Follow up on data accuracy from manufacturing sites
• Attend to daily service request from both customers and manufacturing sites
• Manage internal information flow regarding orders and products
• Be precise with numbers and information on clients’ orders
• Overview of orders that cannot be registered in SAP because of missing documents.
• Monitor continuous improvement opportunities with focus on Lean methodology
**Your experience and qualifications**
• College Degree or higher education
• Excellent skills in English (spoken and written), preferably having a work experience abroad in an English-speaking country
• Customer service and process oriented with process improvement skills
• Good analytical, planning skills and flexibility to adapt to changes
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive thinking.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain processes is an advantage
