Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish. Apple is looking for a Program Manager to join the Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Management (GSSM) team. You will work alongside Global Supply Managers and cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategy that makes our supply chain more resilient and ensure continuous operations.
**Description**
Define Apple’s approach to operational continuity planning, including strategic inventory and crisis response. Rigorously prioritize which risks to monitor such as (environmental, cyber, financial), and mitigate. Analyze internal and third-party data to identify risks. Build a system that continuously monitors threats to supplier and factory operations. Influence sourcing and investment decisions to proactively mitigate risks. Lead cross-functional response to supply chain disruptions.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ BA/BS degree
+ 7+ years of relevant work experience

+ Relevant experience in supply chain, risk management, or consulting
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and structured problem-solving to deliver solutions.
+ Experience building and analyzing large, complex datasets to derive business insights.
+ Knack for crafting compelling narratives and visuals with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Outstanding ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong business acumen to understand key dynamics and nuances in new industries.
+ Skilled at networking with, and facilitating alignment among, cross-functional teams.
+ Experience creating and managing data systems, particularly for supply chains.
+ Experience managing all phases of projects from analysis through strategy and execution.
+ Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics, including challenges in natural disasters, tariffs, and geopolitical factors.
+ Familiarity with risk management analysis, prioritization, and techniques
+ Experience in risk monitoring and/or intelligence analysis
+ Masters degree or MBA a plus

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
