Objective:
The Supply Chain Security Programs Specialist is the main contact between Customs MX and Siemens locations / central function areas for all security programs (Authorized Economic Operator – Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) related issues, as well as the main point of contact before Mexican and U.S. authorities for security topics.
Profile:
Degree in International Trade or related fieldExperience: 3 – 5 years of experience in international trade. Experience with audit procedures related to supply chain security programsStrong oral and written communication skillsKnowledge: AEO / C-TPAT security profiles understanding, strong oral and written communication / presentation skills, intermediate / advanced English proficiency (oral and written business communication)Functions:
AEO / C-TPAT security profiles’ maintenance Submission of annual AEO / C-TPAT documentation to ensure the renewal of AEO / C-TPAT certificationsEstablish a constant and collaborative communication between Siemens locations / central functions to obtain relevant / updated information related to Siemens’ security programsEnsure MONA (Siemens AG Monitoring Application) maintenance regarding Supply Chain Security topicsEnsure the annual audit plan is fulfilled (carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, Siemens’ locations, etc)Ensure both Siemens locations / external business partners’ audit reports are sent in a timely mannerAudit findings’ follow-up with both Siemens locations and external business partnersEnsure Mexican and U.S authorities’ requirements are fulfilled in a timely mannerEnsure C-TPAT’s website maintenance (requirements / validity reports / renewals / profile monitoring solicitations, etc)Establish strong and collaborative communication with SCM, related to security programs topicsEnsure the Supply Chain Security clauses are always included in service contracts with logistics suppliersEnsure the Local Compliance Board of Security (LCBS) meet in a regular basis and facilitate meetingsEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
