International’s Service Solutions team is looking for an exceptionally talented and results-oriented Supply Chain Senior Manager, Critical to oversee and optimize our supply chain critical operations in the transportation parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and the delivery of critical inventory to ensure a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies specific to International’s Service Solutions supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products, optimize costs, and maintain high service levels.
• Monitor and improve supply chain critical KPIs, including response times and promise dates.
• Collaborate with the logistics and distribution operations teams to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries and processing of the right parts at the right locations.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with customer demand.
• Lead and mentor supply chain critical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, supplier issues, or capacity constraints as they relate to the delivery of critical orders.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 6 years of materials management or supply chain experienceAt least 3 years of leadership experience

Master’s degreeAt least 5 years of materials management or supply chain experienceAt least 3 years of leadership experience

OR

At least 10 years of materials management or supply chain experienceAt least 3 years of leadership experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. • Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Technical proficiency: Strong experience with forecasting systems and ERP software for supply chain management.
• Process improvement: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance forecasting and overall supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment / automotive industry
