We offer competitive wages, full health care benefits and a continuous learning culture for those who want to grow with the company. **Job Summary:** The Senior Manager of Supply Chain will lead the development of supply chain management and overall supply chain planning activities. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** + Responsible for recruiting, training, and leading the Supply Chain Team. This includes material planning, scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and assisting the Sr. Manager of Procurement on sourcing activities when needed. + Conducts performance evaluations of direct reports, identifies training needs, initiates professional development opportunities, and recommends effective action plans. **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + Develop material planning methodologies and set up analytics to manage MRP master data. + Establish min/max replenishment levels for all purchased material, WIP, and FG product. + Direct owner of the production scheduling process and achieving market required lead times through SIOP leadership. + Develop and maintain PFEP for all purchased and finished goods material. + Lead warehouse management strategies and execution. + Champion transportation and logistical activities. + Streamline order management processes to create flow and ensure on-time delivery. + Other tasks as assigned. **Required Skills/Abilities:** + Strong ability to build relationships and influence across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally. + Exceptional PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. + Ability to handle multi-task, complex, or difficult situations as appropriate. + Strong working knowledge of MRP systems. **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field is required. + Master’s Degree is preferred. + Minimum of seven years of experience in supply chain-related disciplines including material planning, warehouse management, and new product development support. + Experience in facilitating cross-function teams in development and execution of cost reduction strategies. + Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline preferred) + Demonstrated success with manufacturing process development and implementation. + Training in making materials flow, pull replenishment, level scheduling, 5S, lean manufacturing. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to talk and hear to enable effective communication. + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. + Occasional standing, walking, or stooping. _This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
