All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **Dare to make an impact?** **What you´ll do** You are expected to be able to perform the following: + Evaluate and develop the supply chain value-driven roadmap + Consulting experience is required + Plays in an active role in the production strategy for the Americas + Understand business strategy priorities and coordinate cascading of business strategic objectives into manufacturing objectives and KPIs + Evaluates organizational capability and resource management, including the development of annual resource plans, critical assesses skills and requirements for key positions, and developing resource models to support the organization’s strategy in collaboration with Human Resources. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
