Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Analyst to join our team. This role will support the Atlantic Health Supply Chain's ongoing needs beyond the initial Oracle implementation. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills and extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, enabling them to manage complex supply chain challenges and drive efficiencies and improvements in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and support the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM platform to ensure effective daily operations and address supply chain challenges.
+ Develop and maintain advanced ad-hoc reports and analytics using Oracle Fusion Cloud.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet the various and often conflicting demands within the Supply Chain.
+ Drive long-term value discovery, efficiencies, and improvements in Supply Chain Execution, Product Management, and Procurement processes.
+ Ensure thorough integration into the business to provide rapid solutions and value discovery across the entire Atlantic Health Supply Chain organization.
Required Qualifications:
+ Extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, including its database structure and underlying business logic.
+ Expertise in the configuration and advanced use of various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules under the general SCM heading.
+ Proven ability to manage complex supply chain operations and drive process improvements.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience in developing and maintaining advanced ad-hoc reports.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Education:
1. Bachelors' degree in supply chain, business systems or information technology; or business experience with emphasis in supply chain, is required.
Relevant Experience:
3+ years Oracle Fusion including all aspects of implementation, including BR100 configurations and Documentation/Training Prep
10+ years Oracle Supply Chain Management and Procurement Modules
2+ years Oracle BIP Reporting
10+ years of experience in developing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
Experience with SOAP, Rest API web services and OIC integrations
