Boeing Global Warehouse and Logistics is looking for an experienced warehouse and supplier project management assist with managing warehouse efforts at a Third Party Logistic warehouse provider.  The primary customers at the warehouse are assisting customer priorities, resolving customer concerns related to receiving and shipping. The selected person will assist with processing material flow in and out for delivery, monitor and improve process cycle times, and recommend lean process improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in analyzing post 3PL supply chain data to ensure performance meets agreement requirements in monthly metrics.Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.Processes material returned from customers.Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Goodyear, AZ.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

High School Diploma or higherExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Supply Chain experience processing Customer OrdersMaterial handling experience with processing Government PropertyWarehouse Experience, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $45,000 - $79,000/Annually
