Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-5pm
The main responsibilities for this role include:Excel and the JDE preferred experience
• Processing customer EDI orders and inbound deliveries.
• Creating and monitoring purchase orders, shipments, and on-time deliveries.
• Keeping customers and logistics keyholders informed about any concerns with products and timely deliveries.
• Executing internal processes for import and export (e-CRS, LRTC, Item Master, AB# etc.)
• Resolving issues with invoices and systems, and collaborating with other departments such as sales, accounting, logistics, as well as suppliers and customers.
• Collecting past due invoices and reporting to management on past dues with explanations.
• Participating in monthly closing, preparing month-end accrual journal entries, and reporting as needed.
• Calculating purchase orders based on customer requests, forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, and lead-time.
• Providing effective telephone and written communication with key stakeholders.
• Undertaking other duties and projects as needed.
