Supply Chain Specialist Supply Chain & Logistics Union County , NJ, US + Added - 25/07/2024 Apply for Job **_Our client, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development and commercialization efforts._** **Location:** Union County, NJ **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 9-5 **Responsibilities:** + Assist in managing supply chain interactions for importing isotopes from international suppliers. + Support the ordering, import clearance, and final delivery of isotopes to the facility. + Cultivate and manage relationships with couriers for both inbound and outbound shipments. + Coordinate the distribution of finished pharmaceutical products to clinics and end users. + Facilitate the processing of final orders for radiopharmaceutical products for CDMO clients via email and the online ordering portal. + Prepare and maintain transportation documentation for shipments, including hazardous material declarations. + Update and manage clinical site information using Excel spreadsheets. + Monitor shipment statuses and provide updates to end-users and the internal team. + Comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations when receiving and releasing radioactive packages. + Assist internal teams with the final packaging of radioactive hazardous materials. + Support general procurement activities for pharmaceutial materials. + Ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with GDP and GMP standards. + Engage in various projects and department meetings by offering input, feedback, and completing assigned tasks. + Maintain a clean, safe work environment that adheres to safety and pharmaceutical regulations. + Review inventory levels to identify and address shortages or surpluses. + Ensure proper stocking and labeling of inventory to protect the integrity of sterile products. + Review, revise, and create SOPs related to supply chain functions. **Education and Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED required. + Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is preferred, along with prior experience in radiopharmaceuticals. + DOT and IATA Hazardous Material Certifications are highly desirable. + Familiarity with Customs Compliance and International Trade Regulations is preferred. + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, particularly under tight deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Project, etc.) and experience with electronic record-keeping systems.
