YOUR ROLE Oversee the end-to-end (E2E) operation of activities with the company's external customers, from receiving orders to delivering them to customers while maintaining a high level of service. Manage ongoing activities in the SAP system, including Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Plan and coordinate the production of the company's products with various manufacturers and suppliers abroad, including managing requirements and purchase orders. Lead and coordinate the weekly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, highlighting supply gaps, and managing inventory. Monitoring and control of import shipments with the various forwarders. Maintain responsibility for the SAP database, including the maintenance of SKUs and vendor information. Provide support for supply chain reports abroad, including presentations and Excel reports. Support projects aimed at streamlining and improving supply chain processes. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration - mandatory. min 2-3 years of experience in a similar position - mandatory Experience working in SAP systems (advantage )  or a similar ERP system - mandatory. Work experience and expertise in Excel - mandatory High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew (writing, speaking, and presenting) - mandatory. Experience working in an international company - an advantage. Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or related systems - an advantage. Familiarity with import and logistics processes – an advantage In-depth understanding of Lean/Six Sigma, concepts, and tools for Problem-solving. Abilities and the capacity to lead without direct authority. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on service orientation, independence, process leadership, change management, and project management. Assertiveness, initiative, multi-tasking, high service orientation, and the ability to prioritize tasks are required. Well-developed and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers and employees at all levels of the organization. Willingness to take on an intensive role involving multiple interfaces simultaneously. Position is 100% hands on.
