The Supply Chain Specialist I is an entry-level position supporting efficient and effective management of WACKER’s global cyclodextrin Supply Chain. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating raw & finished products between source and the final destination to support near and midterm production schedules, global order fulfillment, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
The Supply Chain Specialist I will collaborate closely with regional and global service providers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to align supply chain activities with the business strategy.
The Supply Chain Specialist I, plays a valuable role in identifying and escalating bottlenecks that impact production and customer satisfaction.

Associate degree required 0-2+ years of relevant experience Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory controls preferred. Expereince using Microsoft Office Experience in SAP preferred Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate proactively, clearly, effectively, and professionally Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and identify root causes and effective solutions Up to 5 % travel expected What do we offer?
