The Supply Chain Staff (Retail) will be responsible for leading the replenishment of inventory for the retail stores, returns management for retail stores, and management of deliveries for the retail stores. He/She will be also drive improvement initiatives to ensure productivity and efficiency in the functions he/sh handling.

Execute the global and local company's standards, processes, policies and systems in supply chain managementAccurately and timely allocation of stocks based on orders allocation for the retail storesAccurately and timely processing of returns and ensures correct pricing upon confirmation of returns from retail storesComprehensive monthly reporting of all concerns received with classificationsEscalate to the right department any urgent queries or comments garnered from website and social media accountsCollaborate with other department to ensure timely and accurately respond to customer needsEstablish and maintain collaborative working relationships with customers to achieve customer satisfactionSubmits required periodical report and updates to management Address and ensure closure all customer queriesAssist SC Assistant Manager on process design of different tasks within the scope of workDocument and assess processes within scope for improvements
