Who You Are
Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Staff responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial "Off the Shelf", performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
What You Will Be Doing
Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams
Holding procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
Leading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions including price, selecting or recommending subcontractors, writing subcontract packages, preparing awards and administering to resulting subcontracts and required change activity

AeroSCM
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
• Experience analyzing production requirements in an SAP procurement system
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
• Team Lead or Mentoring experience
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of a production program
• Experience managing multiple complex subcontracts
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / TINA
• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the defense industry
• Project Leadership experience and willingness to mentor colleagues
• Interpersonal and presentation experience
• PO Folder creation and modification experience
• In-depth negotiation experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
