1. An Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field within a healthcare environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a supply chain setting is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
7. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development, coaching, and performance management.
8. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and best practices in supply chain and logistics management
Pay Range:$28.34-42.51
