While reporting to the Director of Planning and S&OP for GPP NA, you will be responsible for data analysis in support of Supply Planning and Finance processes (including some Demand management) for Global Paper Products North America. You will work in support of the commercial, operations, finance, and production planning teams to refine and execute the integrated business plan. This includes, but is not limited to, support of Forecast Consumption, Inventory Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Manufacturing Network Optimization, Logistics Planning, and relevant supply chain data including business targets for both Paper and Converted Products.
Supporting the North American Paper business, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the Supply Planning Process for S&OP using Network Optimization tools, heavy MS Excel work, and data warehouse analytics. Working with the Operations and Production Planning teams, you will have direct responsibility for managing both current and long-term supply plans to support the management of our manufacturing assets. You will identify, initiate, and present supply chain analysis to Division Management to enable decision making related to steering overall supply as well as specific production allocation decisions in support of short and long-term business objectives across the Integrated Supply Chain (Earnings, Cash, Customer Service, etc.).
Within the Converted Products business, you will support the Supply Planning process in our deployment of Sales and Operations Planning, with responsibility for various manufacturing data elements as well as plan optimization and consolidation. These efforts will extend into network evaluations for the CPP operations footprint, capacity evaluations, utilization and cost evaluations. You will engage with the commercial and operations teams as needed with forecast consumption and other analytics to drive toward improved business results, capacity utilization, and service. You will also continue the work to deploy and sustain Supply Management as part of the Converted Products Sales & Operations Planning Process.
What you'll be doing:
Ideally candidates would have a technical educational background in supply chain management, demand forecasting, supply management, network or manufacturing footprint optimization, operations research, engineering, or similar fields.This position is designed as an analytical support role for the Industrial Supply Chain staff comprising of 5 managers and will be an active member of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.This position should be considered a developmental position for future supply chain, logistics, supply management, operating excellence, or production planning leadership positions.This person must have very high-level competency in MSOffice Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This person will be expected to work closely with business system management, for Logility, Oracle, and OptiVision, to have the capability to extract data from data warehouses, SonoBIS and other systems to conduct analysis.This person will be expected to develop his / her own data extract capabilities using crystal reports, WEBI or other systems.This person should possess or be willing to pursue important Supply Chain certifications, like APICS CPIM and APICS CSCP.This position is located in Hartsville, SC with some consideration for a partially-remote work schedule.

Compensation:
Analyst - Division Supply Chain: The annual base salary range for this role is from $62,560 to $70,380
Analyst II- Division Supply Chain: The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360
Senior Supply Chain Analyst- The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,000 to $110,250, plus annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary
