Supply Chain Sustainability Program Manager
Microsoft Devices Operations (MDO) is looking for a motivated and experienced Responsible Sourcing Program Manager for the Devices Supply Chain Assurance, Sustainability, and Program Operations team within Governance & Ethics based in Vietnam. The **Supply Chain Sustainability Program Manager** will be responsible for driving and managing sustainability initiatives within Microsoft Devices Operations, reporting into the Governance & Ethics Team. This role involves engaging with suppliers, tracking sustainability performance, and leading various sustainability programs to ensure compliance with environmental standards and Microsoft sustainability goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.   \#sustainability \#MDO **Responsibilities** + Engage and track sustainability performance for the prioritized suppliers. + Launch and manage the annual Supplier Survey Campaign to gather and analyze sustainability data. + Develop and update Program Dashboards to monitor and report on sustainability metrics. + Develop, implement, and lead sustainability programs with the supply base. + Lead the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Supply Chain program for Microsoft Devices suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely submission of data to CDP. + Develop, implement, and lead Supplier Energy Efficiency Technical guidance to improve and report energy efficiency across the supply chain. + Lead and implement CFE (Carbon-Free Electricity) Aggregation procurement in Vietnam and China to support the transition to CFE goal. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or a related field. + Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, particularly in the context of supply chain management. + Strong understanding of Cabon Free Electricity/Renewable/clean energy resources and procurement processes. + Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze sustainability data. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. + Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, or similar is preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Experience working in a global supply chain environment. + Knowledge of renewable energy procurement and energy efficiency programs. + Certification in sustainability or supply chain management (e.g., LEED, APICS, or similar). + Experience in electronic devices manufacturing Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
