Coordinate and provide operational and inventory system support to facilities through effective communication and engagement with all relevant stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide supply chain and inventory system support Provide operational support for inventory counts Provide operational support for new business take-on Assist and recommend system developments to enhance operations Coordinate and distribute information between various departments and facilities REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Grade 12REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and inventory operational systems within a private healthcare environmentDESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in procurement and stock management Experience with supply chain and inventory management analytics and reporting Experience with SAP Systems REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE AS400 system (e.g. inventory management, source-to-contract, procure-to-pay processes) Analytical skills Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel) Supply chain and risk management AS400 and SAP reportingAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
