**Responsibilities** Noblis MSD is seeking a **Supply Chain Team Lead** to join our NIEF team to performmaterial procurements, purchasing, tracking and inventory management for complex systems,components and parts.Noblis Mission Solutions Division (MSD) provides naval lifecycle management, engineering,enterprise transformation and program management support. Noblis MSD values the life experiencesof potential candidates, including those who have served our military. **Responsibilities will include:** + Define and develop material requirements and strategy + Responsible for the assessment of supply resources; aggregate and prioritize demand requirements; plan inventory, distribution requirements, production, and material for all products + Lead process improvement efforts + Create and revise process documentation and provide training to process participants + Participate in make/buy process, long-term capacity and resource planning; productphase-in/phase-out, end-of-life management and product-line management + Analyze and aggregate supply / demand requirements + Analyze purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools + Plan inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements + Create/reduce supply requirements based on inventory adjustments + Create/release requisitions + Receive/review requirements for non-standard parts + Analyze lead times and identify critical path procurements + Manage a team of 3 material specialists/requisitioners + Review and approve timecards **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience OR Associate's Degree + 8 years of experience OR High School + 11 years of experience + Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in a manufacturing and/or materials depot environment + Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance (US Citizenship is required.) + Demonstrated experience managing material supply/demand using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools + Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) **Desired Qualifications** + Knowledge of Supply Chain processes strongly preferred + Experience interpreting engineering drawings + Experience in proposal roles and responsibilities a plus + Experience in Deltek CostPoint and CMPro (or related) + Experience working with IT related technologies and equipment + Demonstrated materials management experience + Demonstrated experience with cost, schedule, variance reporting + People leadership experience + Familiarity with DOD Operations + Active Secret Clearance + CPIM certification + Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations **Overview** Noblis (http://www.noblis.org/) and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI , and Noblis MSD tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
