**JOB SUMMARY:** The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for supply activities including checking par levels of specified areas, delivering supplies to replenish pars, filling and delivery of requisition requests, replenishing Code Carts, keying activities into the Purchasing Inventory System. Assists in receiving, tagging and stocking supplies in designated storage areas. Assures that all storage areas are maintained in clean and orderly fashion **MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **Education:** Some post-secondary education is preferred. Must be able to read and write the equivalent of eighth grade English. **Experience:** Two (2) years of Supply Chain and/ or Medical Supplies Buyer experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred. Must have some advanced mathematical ability as it relates to healthcare inventory (i.e. cc, mg) and bulk distribution and inventory calculations.
