Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain processProvides administrative, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industrystandard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Planning and SupplyChain Sourcing, as well as Supply Chain Business OperationsSupport shipping dock, work with internal and external customers.Provide customer service via email, telephone and in person hand offsWorking knowledge of Northrop Grumman billing system (FBA&P) and Ryder interfaceapplicationCreate reports and metrics via Microsoft Office including but not limited to MS365applicationsInvoice ManagementPulling together procurement metrics for leadership

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 0 years experience or High School diploma and 4 years experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Shipping and Logistics, Auditing, Handling Warehouse, Kitting & DistributionFreight, Billing, Audit and Payment (FBA&P): Ryder DTMS, Audit link, and SAP system experience with invoice approvals, cost allocations. Experience with being resourceful with cross-sector collaboration with billing focal points; including excellent communication skills.Experience with Microsoft office; Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Java Script,SharePoint, inclusive of leadership metrics involving SAP, Ryder and International shipment systems. The ability to download, and present data in a cohesive manner.Shipping support: weighing items in various dimensions involving lifting/moving items up to 100 lbs., weights; accurately measure and coordinate all packages, operate machine shrink wrap, ability to receive forklift, ladder, safety certifications. Ability to stand for long periods of time depending on the incoming volume.

***This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine hour
day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off
 

Salary Range: $43,700.00 - $72,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
