Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator with a great work ethic and affable attitude to join our team to provide support to our team in our Beavercreek, OH location.

In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Research status of material critical to production schedule and expedite into stockIdentifies, red-tags, records, and dispose of expired materialEnsures adequate supply of consumable material on hand by monitoring current inventory levels and expiration datesInterfaces with various supply chain and engineering teams (procurement, subcontracts, material program management, production control, quality, mission assurance, etc.) to direct appropriate movement of materialTracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities.Provides logistic assistance to floor personnel dailyReviews production schedule and coordinate logistics support to ensure on time delivery of various material to the floorInventories all locations of program material, update data base in SAP.Sorts and sustains all cabinets, racks, shelves and maintain recordsFacilitates and maintains inventory and rotation of Shelf-Life MaterialCoordinates transportation of material between various sites and locationsAssists with receiving of incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.Assists with (un)packing or (un)wrapping items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.Assists with verifying quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.

Basic Qualifications:

Level 2:

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or material transportationAbility to obtain an Active DoD security clearance at the Secret levelAbility to obtain PARMust be a U.S. Citizen.1-2 years of inventory experienceAbility to operate warehouse machinery such as forkliftsMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs., lifting, bending, sitting, pulling, pushing, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this positionMust be willing and able to work Overtime and weekends as needed to meet business needs.Basic computer knowledge

Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $69,400.00Salary Range 2: $49,400.00 - $82,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
