Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 3 to provide support to our Roy, Utah Sentinel Team.

What You'll Get to Do:

Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.

Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.

Operate a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products or goods within a plant, office, or warehouse.

Support the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.

May assist in selecting appropriate containers and wrapping methods for materials to be shipped or stored.

Coordinates with engineers, shippers, carton manufacturers, and carpenters for special crating and packing requirements.

Maintain records and check invoices/bills of lading.

Supports the fulfillment of material and scheduling requirements.

Provide support for part delivery data sets for use in ensuring parts are received, stored, retrieved, kitted and delivered to MFG.

Manage and oversee receipt, knowledge of commercial shipping practices including small parcel and freight and experience with various transportation systems such as FedEx and UPS. Manage and oversee receipt, storage and issuance of Ammunition and Explosives (A&E).

Knowledge/Certification in DOT and IATA regulations, Hazmat certified.

Coordinate interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.; to expedite the movement of parts and tooling by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or material distribution

Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope

Experience in SAP and have working knowledge of the screens used for: receiving, inventory issuance, transaction reversals, reports

Experience in operating a forklift and other types of material moving equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

Hazmat and A&E experience/certification is highly desired

DOT and IATA Certification

Experience with classified program requirements

Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory

Experience with inventory with shelf life and/or out-time controls

Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings

Knowledge of The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

Knowledge of ISO9000

Familiarity and experience with audits from Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Management Agency Safety (DCMAS), Defense Contract     Management Agency Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)

Salary Range: $51,900.00 - $86,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
