Join Opella for a chance to develop with mentoring and guidance from inspirational leaders while helping to make an impact on the lives of countless people worldwide **_About the job_** **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain the monthly forecast report evolution. + Update and maintain the weekly inventory report. + Maintain the CEE portfolio by updating new product launches, switches, and pruning products on a monthly basis. + Prepare data for the integrated reconciliation report, including identifying risks and opportunities in the IBP. + Support the RCA analysis on a monthly basis. + Monitor the performance of statistical forecasts for ZeroTouch SKUs monthly. + Develop the constraint forecast evolution report on a monthly basis. + Assist in developing any reports needed as part of the IBP process. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy. + Ensure seamless integration of data from multiple sources into the tool. + Optimize the performance and usability of dashboards and reports. **_About you_** **Requirements:** + University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics. + Strong analytical skills. + Proficiency in Power BI. + Experience with data integration from various sources. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). + Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus. + Ability to work and collaborate with different stakeholders. + Ability to deliver results within deadlines. + Fluency in English. + Familiarity with other data visualization tools or programming languages can be advantageous **_Why choose us?_** **We offer to:** + You will gain experience in a multinational company in OTC pharmaceutical industry + You will have a chance to work with an international team and know different departments from inside the company + Part time working contract (DPČ) - up to 80 hours per month + Competitive salary for students, directly linked to number of hours worked + 5 days of holidays on top of labour code (proportionally based on hours worked) + Home office allowance + Public transport allowance + Participation at employee assistance programme – access to priority support related to mental health and financial & legal support if needed + Flexible working hours + Offices at Prague 6 and possibility to work partially from home (after getting familiar with the job) **_Pursue Progress.
