The PositionPrinciple Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Develop logistics and distribution operation strategy, goal setting and flawless execution; ensure high level of customer satisfaction and performance result. Responsible for all finished products warehousing and distribution activitiesLiaison with global/local supplying sites with early visibility of risk in global and local logistics and find solution; Inbound logistics monitoring, Customs clearance and bonded warehouse management for all imported products; support new launches and product entry with speed and quality. Responsible for NDC/RDC overall management and mid-long term capacity plan, ensure day to day inventory balancing and accuracy, Ensure uninterrupted product supply to customer whenever needed with high customer service satisfaction and customer order fulfillment performance (OTIF); improve reverse logistics process efficiency3PL/4PL/LSP performance management and partnership, ensure high standard performance with continuous improvement and value creationResponsible for global PQS and SHE standard implementation in logistics. Ensure GSP/GMP policy and SOP compliance and up to date. Ensure safety and security from product and staff in warehousing and transportation. Responsible for warehouse and distribution budget and continuous cost to serve optimization.Pioneer continuous improvement in processes robustness and simplification. Enhance E2E efficiency through Lean and Digital initiatives along with supply chain transformation journey. Lead logistics & distribution network optimization per aligned strategy, build operating model and capability meet future business needs.Uplift organization capability and develop self-managed high performance team with growth mindset and agility; accountable for team engagement level and individual development planLiaison with internal and external key stakeholders to build constructive collaboration and partnership; represent China logistics and distribution in the global logistics community.
