If so, you might be the new committed colleague we are looking for in technical support - Supply and Formulation. 
 

We are located in Bagsværd and are a department consisting of dedicated repair technicians, technical staff, and supporters whose primary task is to support equipment for the sterilization of materials for our filling lines.

 

The position
You can look forward to a job with many varied tasks. 
 

The main focus of the job is to:

Ensure that our equipment is running smoothly, validate new equipment, handle deviations, implement optimizations, and work with systematic problem-solving. The work with our equipment demands a high level of thoroughness and quality.  Ensure a high level of quality and continuously optimization our work.  Join our technical support, where every 7th week, you will participate in an on-call arrangement to support our repair technicians outside regular working hours. 

 

We are a team that works together, helps each other, and there will be an extensive training period before you are on your own!

 

Qualifications 

You have a Marine Engineer or Mechanical Engineer degree or has another relevant technical background with technical savvy.  If you have previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, this is an advantage.  Comfortable with using IT in everyday life, and preferably experienced in MS Office, including Excel and Word. Solution-oriented and passionate about optimization. Not afraid to get involved and go down on the floor to see where the problem is.  Have some form of craft-based experience. Good humor and can join a team with high diversity.  Can keep a cool head and is capable of juggling multiple tasks. Fluent in bot written and spoken English and Danish.

 

Most importantly, you take responsibility and are very aware of the quality in all your work. In the department, unforeseen events happen frequently, which can lead to reprioritizations and changes. Thus, you must be ready to handle the challenges and changes ahead of you and to continuously acquire new skills. We value collaboration highly, so you should have a positive attitude and a desire to solve tasks together with colleagues.
 

About the department 
The department's primary task is to support and maintain all equipment involved in the supply chain across departments. We work with complex processes that require dedication and teamwork to succeed. You will become part of a dedicated team that takes great responsibility for daily operations and coordinates the workday independently. Therefore, it is crucial that you are a team player capable of collaborating closely to achieve our common goals.
