Position is responsible for medical supply order fulfillment, inventory/stock verifications and management along with other administrative duties. Responsible for ensuring orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time. A Supply Fulfillment Specialist will also assist in regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels.

This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6am - 2:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 6675 Business Pkwy, Elkridge, MD 21075.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate daily work orders as assigned Create work order shipping labels from UPS WorldShip Accurately fulfill all medical supply orders as indicated on work order Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound Shipments Assist with Inventory put away and space management within the warehouse Assisting in managing of physical inventory as required/needed by conducting inventory counting processes

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older Dependable personal transportation to ensure consistent attendance Ability to effectively communicate in both with written and verbal correspondence Great Attention to detail Be able to lift 50 lbs. Basic Microsoft Office Computer skills Ability to work Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a warehouse or supply fulfillment setting

 

Maryland Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
