What will I be doing?

\n

If you are interested in gaining real world experiences, looking for the best discipline to apply your talents, and open to opportunities to network with skilled professionals in hospitality, then you are ready for an internship. Internships are an excellent way for you to gain relevant work experience and new skills that will be invaluable when you are ready to pursue your professional career upon graduating.

In our Hilton Supply Management department you will support in these tasks:
- Ensure critical data about programs and deals stay constantly up to date
-Produce reports that measure the success of Hilton Supply Management activities
 -Be in contact with the hotels, & maintain our e-procurement system
 -Administrative support of the national and regional procurement teams in the form of tender support, developing analysis, project support

What are we looking for?

 To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:

\n\nIt is necessary to be studying a degree or course related to this internship opportunity  \nHas good working skills of Microsoft Office programs (excel, Powerpoint, Word)\nAvailability for at least 6-9 months for the duration of this internship\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nAbility to work on your own and as part of a team\nEnglish and Spanish fluently, other languages is a plus\n\n

To do an internship in our hotel is necessary to be able to formalize an internship agreement with an university or school.
