Job Summary
Responsible to procure materials, labor, and services for capital projects in a cost effective and timely manner.
Essential Job FunctionsCollaborate with Skilled Trades, Construction Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers to understand the materials, labor, and services needed to construct their projects.Procure materials, labor, and services for various capital projects using contracted and non-contracted vendors.Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in Maximo and Coupa.Work closely with ADM Global Procurement to maintain compliance with ADM Procurement policies and to issue Purchase Orders in a timely manner.Work with vendors to obtain order acknowledgements and follow up on overdue equipment and materials.Complete Receipts in Coupa for services related to Capital Project purchase requisitions.Facilitate closure of purchase orders to support timely capitalization and closure of projects.Work closely the Regional Capital Project Analyst to capitalize and close capital projects.Create and maintain Purchase Order Tracking sheets for each capital project.Serve as plant liaison with equipment rental companies, coordinating equipment rental, delivery, pickup, and service. Maintain spreadsheet tracking all capital rental equipment.Check contractor compliance within ADM’s Contractor Data Management System and Submit Compliance Requests as needed to support Capital Projects.Work to get Capital contractors approved in First Verify and GateFeed.Resolve invoice & accounts payable issues related to Capital Project purchase requisitions.Must be willing to use a desk phone daily to make calls to vendors.Other duties as assigned.This position is 100% on-site at ADM in Clinton, IA.>95% time at desk;
