What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?  

Complete activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO Key Performance Indicators for the assigned AreaAs SNO SPOC working with factory/specific end market to help achieve Area, Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Region’s targetsActively adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned factory/end marketContinuously upskill the technical capabilities and commercial understandingContinuously seek and explore process simplification within Area & DRBU

Your key responsibilities will include:

General Accountabilities:

Responsible for communication with the customer and/or customer service.Responsible for overall inventory within the supply networkResponsible for handling and validating the cumulative planning lead-times Responsible for resolving and communicating supply issues the impact external demandResponsible for the planned orders (deployment) for inter and in-market inventory deploymentResponsible for demand & distribution exceptionsResponsible for execution of distribution orders within the firm zoneResponsible for collaborating with the demand planner, master planner (or SNP) and local distribution orders in the scheduling zonesResponsible for ensuring constraint availabilityResponsible for transactional and master data Responsible for demand analysisSelects scenarios in case of resolution

Specific accountabilities for the Distribution & Inventory role:

Responsible for the supply chain networks and mapsResponsible for calculating stockholding policies and (MEIO FG) handling inventory service levels, safety stock and inventory levelsApproval of parameter automation policies due to segmentationApproval of stockholding or other policies

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

1-3 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Good interpersonal and communication skillsGood analytical and digital skillsGood Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)Good knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile conceptSome evidence of leadership capabilities, for example:ResilienceAbility to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.Curiosity to seek out new ideas and knowledge.Challenging complexity and seeking out simpler / faster ways of working.Setting high standards and delivering outstanding results.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)Mastery in advanced planning system could be an advantage
