Preparation of Purchase Order through Oracle for both Imports and Domestic for Equipment’s,
 Maintaining Inventory Level 2 Million USD every month at the Item level in 3000 SKU’s
 Tracking/Monitory PO Level Materials and coordinate with Global/Domestics vendors for shipping
the materials on committed promise date to meet OTD Target.
 Co- ordination with Freight Forwarder/ CHA for timely movement and Customs Clearance of Imports
& Exports Consignments at different ports – ACC/ICD. - Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi.
 Clearing of import shipments to SEZ unit
 Co-ordination with Finance Dept arrange for Merit Duty payments for Imports shipment.
 Validating on Import & Export checklist shipments has been correctly filled in customs in respects
Invoice and HSN (Harmonized System Nomenclature) and also with SVB, PD bond, EPCG and AEO.
 Verification of service provider (Freight forwarder and CHA) bills as per rate contract and submission
to Finance team and track of payments within due date to service provider.
 Ensuring of Inward Imports Material GRN on the same day and allocation of material to sales orders.
 Participation for Cross functional meeting on weekly, monthly & KPI on Material availability and
Inventory turn and TAT time of imports shipments for smooth transaction and achieving OTD target

Experience: 5 to 7 years in SCM

Qualification: MBA in SCM/ Operations/ International Business
