The team you will be a part of The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.This role in summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Planning Analyst to manage and optimize the supply plan for approximately 300 SKUs of a critical and iconic product line of KitchenAid. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can navigate an ever-changing demand environment while ensuring inventory levels align with business objectives. Your ability to balance inventory efficiency with product availability will directly impact our key performance indicators and overall business success.


You will be reporting directly to the S&OP Manager and will be part of the S&OP team of 5.
 

Your responsibilities will include

Monthly Supply Plan Review:

Manage the supply plan ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and business priorities.Address supply constraints and develop risk mitigation plans to meet customer needs.

Inventory Management:

Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and efficiency, meeting KPIs like days of supply (DOS), valuation, and stock availability.Address slow-moving or excess inventory with targeted strategies.

Demand Variability Management:

Adjust supply plans to handle demand fluctuations with minimal disruptions.Collaborate with demand planning and sales teams to refine forecasts.

KPI Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor supply chain KPIs (inventory accuracy, service levels, availability).Create dashboards and reports to highlight performance and improvement opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain goals.Serve as the point of contact for supply-related queries.

Continuous Improvement:

Streamline planning processes, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory.Implement data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain resilience.

Stakeholder Communication:

Provide concise updates on supply risks, mitigation plans, and inventory during the S&OP cycle.Contribute to cross-functional discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.Actively participating in stakeholder meetings including top managementMinimum requirements A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field is required. A master's degree or certifications like APICS CPIM are advantageous.3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.Proficiency in supply chain tools (experience with SAP HANA and SAP IBP is a plus) and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory. Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively summarize and present information to stakeholders in both written and verbal English.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset. A proactive approach with a continuous improvement focus.Experience in preparing management reports is highly desirable.What we offer
