The Job:
As a Supply Planner, you’ll be part of our HTAS Manufacturing Southern Asia team located in Binh Duong, Vietnam. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting our JDA Planning and SAP Sales daily operational to maintain excellent service level (fill rate) while keeping the inventory within target levels. You will also lead projects at the plant to manage and implement new product launches and design changes for assigned brands such as DEWALT/CRAFTSMAN. Additionally, you will also serve as the main point of contact with any issue arising in your designated region.
Location: VSIP1, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong, Vietnam.
Working hours: 5 days/48 hours/week.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including but not limited to the Supply Chain and Marketing team in the SBD organization, to maintain fill rate and inventory levels. Manage forecasting, sales orders, and capacity planning Collaborate with the regional product manager and other functions to consolidate resources for new finished goods development and product design changes, from RFQ / ESL / MSL and Mass production Address customer complaints and concerns, providing prompt responses Coordinate with departments such as production, packing and warehouse to manage customer orders Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing lead time and cost, and assist in improving MOQ Undertake other assignments as directed by the Line Manager.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related fieldExperiences:At least 5 years’ experience in supply planning/customer service/order management/data analysis.Knowledge about manufacturing process is a plus.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Great sense of logic about ERP system (experience with SAP and JDA is preferred)Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Familiarly with international trade processSelf-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of responsibilitiesOther requirements: Advanced proficiency in English.Frequent visits to the production floor are required.Chinese Skill is a plusWe Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
