Job Description:

What are we looking for?

1. Education & Professional Qualification

Minimum 3 years planning experience mainly on demand planning or inventory control.Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Knowledge/Experience

Excellent communication skills, teamwork, Initiative, learning agility.Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills.Good at Microsoft Office (excellent excel), strong skills with PCs and ERP system.Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.

What will be your key responsibilities?Converts demand forecast to supply forecast for the submission to sourcing units and other counterparties.Create purchase orders in ERP system and follow up with sourcing units for stock replacement.Facilitate vessel booking/shipment loading and priority setting for urgent container inbound.Connect market and sourcing units in response to capacity constraint and supply chain challenges.Collaborate with Demand Planner and demand team for new product launch, sample request, and promotion activities.Participate in S&OP+ meetings to provide the business with supply outlook visibility.Prepare planning-related reports/projections to support business planning and risk mitigation.Serve as backup role for demand planner.Key User of local business Process Expert for planning related systems, responsible for 1st level support for operational associates in the unit.Own end to end issue resolution.Raise ticket to 2nd level support.Training new associates.Leading or managing process change.Conducting and coordinating any relevant systems testing.Documenting local process specifics / uniqueness to ensure key knowledge is captured and retained.Proactive contribution into the regional network of key users and functional experts from other sites / countries.
