What you will do-

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Supply Planner. A person successful in this role will be responsible for various aspects of supply chain management, including production scheduling, supplier management, metric tracking and reporting, inventory and safety stock management, and Power BI dashboard creation. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.

Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure a high service level is provided to customers, while controlling business costsCollaborate with production teams to optimize resource utilization and minimize lead timesBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries while controlling costEvaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvementEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze supply chain performance using PowerBI and ExcelGenerate regular reports and dashboards to communicate metrics and trends to cross-functional teams that drive actionable outcomesImplement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costsMonitor and adjust safety stock levels based on demand forecasts and market trends

 

What you need-

Bachelor’s degree - requiredMicrosoft Excel experience - requiredProduction/planning/scheduling work experience - preferredERP systems and computer software experience - preferredExperience in a highly regulated industry - preferred

$58,700.00 - $106,200.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
