Job Description:
The Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing the strategic end-to-end supply chain process in support of key customer engagements. This includes purchasing materials to support our procurement and integration requirements, collaborating with sales and S&OP to manage customer forecasts, and ensuring timely and accurate demand planning.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the material planning for purchasing, inventory, and buying of assigned customer accounts
Cross-collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Sales Representatives, and Solutions Architects to manage the demand and expectations of customers and suppliers
Develop weekly meetings and agendas with customers to discuss KPI’s, production schedules, lead times, inventory, and forecast factors prohibiting customer demands
Prepare complex reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from various sources.
Address significant supplier delivery or quality issues
Support supplier onboarding as needed
Supplier risk assessment
Support and/or lead the resolution of quality issues
Provide support and guidance on exceptions for transactional activities
Implement strategies and programs to achieve inventory turn goals and implement continuous improvement projects
Develops target inventory levels and executes initiatives in support of company goals
Ability to work independently and manage assigned programs with little guidance
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or operations and 5-7+ years of related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to produce reports for analysis and coordinate/conduct meetings.
A high degree of organization with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve while dealing with ambiguity successfully
Ability to work without direct supervision and set own work direction within the context of the position
Proven ability to effectively interact, influence and drive results cross-functionally
Proven experience driving continuous process improvement and cost savings required
Experience procuring using ERP/MRP in a manufacturing environment; Oracle preferred
CSCP, CPIM, PMP, APICS, and/or CPIM Certification is a plus
Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$84,500.00 - $93,500.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
