We are currently seeking\na Supply Planner to join the team in Baulkham Hills. You will be responsible\nfor forward Forecast Order Planning & buying inventory to fulfil the demand\nfor the production team as well as the sales team. This role will\nalso be a key support for all the day to day operations in\nsupply chain.

Key\nResponsibilities:

Develop and implement\n materials management strategies consistent with customer requirements and\n OTTR while keeping in mind the working capital plans in AOPDeploy the key\n material strategies in alignment with Global Materials strategies and\n ensure that the ISC operations understand the key strategies and support\n deployment of the resulting priority initiativesEstablish an MOS\n (Management Operating System) to effectively collaborate with the Business\n and ISC leadership teamsDevelop material\n management improvement plans that encompass both delivery operations and\n the supply baseEnhance collaboration\n with sourcing teams, standard work for Planner/Buyers/ Logistics people\n for prompt escalation of material shortages and utilizing RPS to root\n cause

Key\nExperience & Capabilities:

Demonstrated knowledge in Supply Planning principles, logisticsStrong communication skills as this role will be working with diverse suppliers and stakeholdersNegotiation and influencing skillsCommercial acumenHands on experience with MS Suite is essential
