As a Supply Planner\nhere at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain\noperations in Suzhou, IA. Your expertise in supply planning and inventory\nmanagement will be utilized to ensure the availability of materials and\nproducts to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our service\nmanager and you will work out of our Suzhou, IA location on a hybrid work\nschedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our\nsupply chain operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the overall\ngrowth of the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain\nsupply plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels
• Collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply\nplanning
• Monitor and analyze\nsupply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Identify and\nimplement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and\neffectiveness
• Coordinate with\nsuppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues
• Conduct regular\ninventory analysis and implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete\ninventory
• Stay updated with\nindustry trends and advancements in supply chain managementYOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or\na related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning or\ninventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and systems •\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
