Your Role:

As a Supply Planning Expert (main focus on serum business), you will take on a pivotal role in Life Science within the ‘External Manufacturing – Supply Chain’ team where a challenging, fast-paced, cross-functional, and international work environment is waiting for you. Specific responsibilities include:

 

Support internal and external stakeholder mainly for Serum business  Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence by driving and balancing key performance indicators Support low backorders and high fill rates while maintaining cost efficiency through reasonable inventory levelsPlanning and buying activities of finished goods and raw materialsCollaboration with global suppliers and lead regular supply chain meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment with key suppliers

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other business disciplines

OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or other life science disciplines

 

5+ years of supply chain experiences

 

Experiences in serum business

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Proficiency in ERP or SAP Systems Strong analytical skills, including Excel capabilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and adaptability to drive innovation and operational efficiencyOpen-minded team player with an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversitiesEffectively prioritize and perform under pressure, ensuring the seamless management of multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
