WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

The Supply Planner schedule scenario and exception based production planning for rolling 12 months also manage raw and/or Packaging material call-off's to ensure adequate cover for the production plan and manages stocks.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Working closely with team to deliver required service and ensuring flawless promotion supply management

Participating in weekly S&DR meetings with Demand Planning team for updated supply plan.

Close follow up of production performance with factories team.

Supporting marketing and category development teams through localization, NPD (new product development), business development projects (material harmonization, cost reduction through production capabilities)

Improving stock level while securing customer service

Manage inventory(product,raw materials and pack materials stock level)

Schedules raw and packaging material call-offs at specified intervals in order to ensure that production plan is met  for in-house and contingency production plans. Review (and Re-plan) material requirements for full year plan.

Maintain Purchase Orders and Scheduling Agreements, Clean out old Purchase Orders
Supplier Interaction, Attend Supplier Meetings set up by Supply Management

Taking part in Planning improvement activities including improving processes, way of working, digitalization & being an active part of Championship and Squads.

Experiences & Qualifications

University degree preferably in Engineering Departments

1-3 Years in Supply Chain FMCG operations (production planning,material planning,inventory management)

Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Turkish & English

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Affinity towards innovation & new technologies
